Shahrukh Khan Working In His New Movie RA One: Shahrukh Khan, who is in Mumbai these days, is quite up to his neck with work even during his breaks from shooting schedules for movies. As is known by now that he has been on an endorsement spree these few days, there is one more passion of King Khan, that he never likes to miss on!

Well, the passion we are referring to here is his interaction with fans through twitter! So, what has SRK tweeted in the last few hours? Well, it seems that the recent news carried by some tabloids about the date for his home production ‘RA.ONE’, being fixed, has quite amazed King Khan! Thus, he has tweeted

“Nice to know that the release date for ‘RA.ONE’ has been fixed by someone….Somewhere. Maybe they should come and finish it as well.”

He further tweeted, “Will work backwards in terms of post –production and announce the release date in tandem with office guys. Should be around June”.

Well, seems like Shahrukh is very well adept at pulling jokes out of real life situations too, as his tweets truly reflect a very light hearted conversational flavor, which his fans and adversaries just adore reading!

Bollywood Actor Salman Khan will be pairing up with Asin Thottumkal in the film Ready that is being directed by Anees Bazmee and has music by Pritam Chakraborty. The movie is a remake of Telugu film Ready featuring Ram and Genelia D’Souza which was quite successful in Andhra Pradesh while it also became one of the top grossing telugu language movie in the United States.

Previously the shooting of the movie was to be done in Mauritius however was shifted to Sri Lanka on request of Salman Khan. Sri Lanka recently hosted the Indian International Film Awards which drew opposition from Tamil people because of Sri Lanka’s war against Tamil rebels. Many Indian celebrities avoided the event because of fears of sparking issues between the bollywood and tamil film industry. The movie’s release date has been set out as July 2011 in India and will also be released in Sri Lanka.

This is a a piece of news which will hurt the fans of Shahrukh Khan. King Khan has lost it out to the perfectionist Aamir Khan once again. Shahrukh's My Name Is Khan which had got a bombastic opening opening in it's first week has lost grip over the Box Office in it's second week and seems to be no match for Aamir's 3 Idiots.

My Name Is Khan has seen a steep fall in the second week with occupancy falling as much as 60% to 80%.The movie had started off well thanks to the controversy created by the Shiv Sena over Shahrukh's support to the Pakistani players in the IPL.

There is more good news for MNIK. Inspired by the overwhelming response in the overseas market, the producers of Shah Rukh Khan-starred 'My Name Is Khan' (MNIK), has decided to dub it in German and Turkish.

In addition, the movie will be subtitled in Polish to get a big global audience. The company wants to reach out as many people as possible. It was confirmed by Fox STAR Studios India, which distributes and markets MNIK.

'My Name Is Khan' is already doing great in North America and Britain. It broke the overseas records for any Hindi film released worldwide. MNIK will be released in Poland in 50 screens. It will be huge, as none other Hindi film was released in more than five screens so far.

Anil Sharma's VEER may not have done a GADAR, but it has definitely proved beyond doubt the box-office clout of its lead actor Salman Khan, and has re-established him as the darling of the masses. It has also demonstrated that Salman's last hit WANTED was not a flash in the pan and that his hold over single screens is second to none and his fan base is very much intact.

For those who are unaware, VEER has done extremely well at single screens (it was aimed there, just like WANTED) and its first week business is definitely close on heels of Salman's last hit. While WANTED netted over 34 crores from India, VEER too has an impressive 33 crores to show from its opening week, despite some bad reviews and poor word of mouth. The lag of a crore or so may be attributed to the fact that WANTED had the advantage of releasing during the festive Eid period. Not only that, VEER has done almost similar business (though ordinary!) in the Overseas too.

Shah Rukh Khan, the badshah of bollywood who never hesitates to take a pick on Aamir Khan, seems to be following in his (Aamir) footsteps and researching the characters before enacting them on celluloid. Recently Shah Rukh Khan revealed the same about his role of Rizwan Khan in upcoming flick ‘My Name Is Khan’ (opposite Kajol), wherein he plays a person suffering with Asperger’s syndrome.

In fact, King Khan believes that to be a good actor on the screen, one should be a well- read person and hence he had gone through a lot of literature on Asperger’s syndrome before going to enact the character in Karan Johar’s latest flick.

Salman Khan's ambitious period drama Veer has fallen flat at the box office despite having an extended weekend for business, thanks to Republic Day. The movie has not gone beyond an average 45 per cent occupancy over the initial weekend.

Released on Friday, the film was a solo release, but has failed to attract masses." Veer is an average movie. While the constant on Friday and Saturday was only 44 per cent occupancy.

It dropped to 39 per cent on Sunday and has been on an average only 43 per cent over the initial weekend," Amit Awasthi, manager (programming and operations) of Spice Cinemas at Noida, said.

"It is now expected to fall around 30-35 per cent. We were running 19 shows per day and in the new week, we will change it to eight shows per day," he added.

Salman Khan starrer mega budget upcoming Anil Sharma’s flick ‘Veer’, which has debutante Zarine Khan playing the part of an eighteenth century Rajput Princess, is likely to have the fair lady  dressed in royal costume at its premiere.

Sources close to production house say that the premiere of the flick is likely to be a theme based affair and that will provide ample opportunity to Zarine Khan to come wearing her royal costumes used during the shoot of the film.

In fact, the makers of the film want to create a buzz around the period flick at its premiere and so the whole concept of an eighteenth century theme came to light. The theme based premieres seem to have got in popularity after Amitabh Bachchan had decided to greet invitees like ‘Auro’, his character in ‘Paa’, during its premiere.

Director Prakash Jha claims the trailer of his political drama Rajneeti was removed from the prints of 3 Idiots as Vidhu Vinod Chopra - producer of the just released Aamir Khan starrer - felt threatened by it.

But Amit Khanna, chairman of Reliance BIG Entertainment, which is the distributor of 3 Idiots, says they had never committed to Jha to show the trailer.

Who in our company has Prakash Jha spoken to about the Rajneeti trailer going into the prints of 3 Idiots? He hasn't spoken to me. And I am not aware of anyone at Reliance whom he has spoken to," Khanna told IANS.

The theatrical trailer for Karan Johar'supcoming film opens with shots of an autistic Tanay Chheda, the kid going from Aamir Khan's  Taare Zameen Par  to Danny Boyle's  Slumdog Millionaire [ to playing the young Shah Rukh Khan  in this film.

His mother tells him that there are only two kinds of people in the world, the good and the bad.

Cut to rain and tears on the grown Khan's face, and his voiceover calling himself different but not mad, very intelligent.

As he taps his forehead and calls himself 'very smart', SRK  looks to be in fine form. The narrative continues as we see an increasingly romantic montage of shots of him and Kajol .

Then one day... cut to dramatically scored serious montage. of death, mourning, 9/11. And then a rather painful shriek from Kajol.
