Shahrukh Khan in trouble for endorsing alcohol

A MP court has summoned Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, whose Om Shanti Om is releasing in theaters next month, to appear before it on December 11 for promoting alcoholism by featuring in a liquor commercial.The court in Shahdol registered the case against Shahrukh Khan and the general manager Digo Raddico Distelleries Associates Alcohol and Breweries Limited after a petition was filed by the petitioner Vinod Kumar.The petitioner demanded action against the actor for promoting alcoholism which is against the law. Advertisement of alcohol and its public use is banned in the countryEarlier an NGO has sent the actor legal notice for smoking at two public events — while at Twnty 20 cricket match and at the Hindustan Times Summit in Delhi. The actor was given 15 days to reply or face a lawsuit.The UPA government is to be taking a charge on such public behavior. The Censor Board is said to be frowning on smoking scenes in films. And earlier actor Amitabh Bachchan was charged for in so much as smoking in character in the film Family.

yell nothing wrong that srk get a over dose alcohol...well i mean it natural he is star but still human being . . . It does not mean that he did something criminal . . . He works to hard and needs sometimes to have fann . . . Am on his site he is really cool. . . Well if it will be me no one will give a F . . . about but because it srk they making big deal . . .
