Does Salman deserve the Rajiv Gandhi award?

Salman Khan is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol on September 28, 2002, and driving over pavement-dwellers in Mumbai's Bandra area killing one of them on the spot and injuring two others.The actor was arrested and sent to jail, only to be released after two weeks, but the case is still going on in a Mumbai court.Also Read: Salman, Controversy's ChildBefore that, he was allegedly involved in poaching endangered blackbucks in Rajasthan, during the shoot of Hum Saath Saath Hain. The judgment in that case is due later this month.Yet, none of it seemed to matter over his selection for the Rajiv Gandhi Award, which has been conferred on him along with with illustrious personalities like NASA astronaut Sunita Williams ] and Indian Express editor-in-chief Shekhar Gupta.

sallu bhai is always a deserving candidate for such type of awards... afterall he is not just an actor but a very nice and generous human being

SALMAN KHAN NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE SO PLZ STOP KEEP SAYING THIS.
HE WASNT DIRIVING THE CAR AND DESERVE MORE AWARDS THAN OTHER ACTORS!!!

SALMAN KHAN is like a mountain..... no matter several times bad-times will tresspass him.... he''ll always b my hero not just bcoz he is a versatile actor nd has got nice personality but is the most kind hearted to the needy people... which is enough for me to consider him as my hero.....
